This has been the best team of trades people we've ever encountered.  It was a big four day job and from start to finish they were all efficient, professional and hard working.  They were also cheerful and always obliging.  When things needed moving they were moved carefully - and they got put back correctly with an immaculate clean-up afterwards, when needed. From the very first phone call, we felt valued and respected. Kristin took the time to understand our needs thoroughly and provided clear explanations and options. Despite the complexity of our drainage issue, Keogh Plumbing arrived promptly and worked diligently to get things flowing again.

My initial impression was very good - Kristin answered my phone call immediately which is not something that happens very often.
After a thorough inspection of the problem they quickly diagnosed the issue and it's cause and explained at some length the options and what they would recommend to fix it.
Their workmanship was excellent, on-time and as quoted.
The team were very friendly and approachable, happy to answer my many questions and explain what they were doing. They were also very thoughtful, leaving me with working plumbing at the end of every day.
And they cleaned up nicely!
Kristin and his team must be the best tradies I have known.
